Good prenatal care is essential for you and your baby. Choose PFRC as your trusted healthcare provider right away and make the journey to motherhood more joyous, stress-free and be assured of the best care.

Schedule your first prenatal visit. During that visit you’ll be screened for preventive checks to avoid certain conditions that could lead to complications in pregnancy. If you haven’t opted for it don’t wait further, get started now.

Ante Natal Care

Every four weeks during the first and second trimesters. In the third trimester, you’ll be seen more often, typically once every two weeks until 36 weeks, then weekly until the baby is born.

We will schedule your first visit for when you’re about 8 weeks pregnant. We will see you sooner, particularly if you have a medical condition, have had problems with a pregnancy in the past, or having symptoms such as vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, or severe nausea and vomiting.

At this and all future prenatal checkups, don’t be afraid to raise any issues you’ve been wondering about. If questions come up between appointments, it may help to keep a running list.
