Finding it difficult to get back to shape after pregnancy?
Our Fit Mommy Programme for New Mothers
The Fit Mommy Programme is designed exclusively for new mothers to gently get their bodies fit and healthy, help them get their abdominal muscles strong again, and keep them from hurting their back or having other problems.
A gynecologist consultation is needed before doing any of these activities. It’s best for women to wait for 8 weeks after giving birth to start exercising again. It is important to make sure that the abdominal muscles have healed before they start doing intense workouts like crunches.
